Please note free shipping offers, unless other wise specified, are for United States customers, all items mailed to one location within in the USA. Free Shipping packages/offers can not be combined with non- free shipping merchandise. UNLESS IT IS STATED ON THE ITEM DESCRIPTION THAT IS FREE SHIPPING OTHER ITEMS INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES.

DROP SHIP ORDERS: NEED TO BE PLACED BY PHONE OR VIA EMAIL THERE WILL BE A $5.00 FEE CHARGED PER ORDER, FEE IS WAIVED WHEN SINGLE ORDER TOTALS $500.00 OR MORE.

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Please note we ship during regular business days (Monday thru Fridays). Our office is closed on Holidays and weekends , therefore there will be no shipping on these days. If you think you will need an order to be expedited please contact us.

FEDEX Ground Residential (3-5 Business Days) Drop Shipping Items may take somewhat longer.
FEDEX Priority Overnight (Next Business Day)
FEDEX 2nd Day (2 Business Days)
USPS Priority mail
Choosing an expedited shipping method does not guarantee shipment immediately. We will ship when the product is available.

Orders with free shipping will NOT be shipped Next day/Express. If Next Day shipping is needed customer needs to pay for the expedited service.

Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must be shipped via 2nd Day air or Priority Mail.

Orders shipping to Puerto Rico must be shipped via Second Day air or Priority Mail, USPS.

Shipping Charges

We do our best to estimate the cost of shipping your item. Rarely, we will be off on our calculations especially on OVERSIZE packages and expedited shipping methods and large orders in shipping cost by USPS. Drop shipped order shipping prices are only an estimate. Please call us if you have any questions with regard to shipping charges.

Once the order is completed and shipped you will receive an email from info@magneticmania.com that will allow you to track your order all the way to your door. Please enter addresses carefully as we must pass on the extra charge $10.00) that FedEx imposes for incorrect addresses, including zip code or when you provide a Post Office Box as your address. FEDEX delivers only to street addresses.

Free shipping offers are good for the 48 contiguous states only. Hawaii and Alaska orders must be shipped by Second Day air. For shipping orders to those states we will charge you the difference in shipping costs. If you choose a faster class of shipment than USPS or FEDEX Ground on Free Shipping offers, we will ship FEDEX Ground unless you specifically note otherwise and agree to the extra shipping cost in the comments section of your order. We will then charge you for any additional charges above and beyond FEDEX ground.

Items refused will only be refunded merchandise charges. Shipping and Gift Wrapping are never refunded. You must call or write us for return authorization and shipping instructions for items shipped directly from drop ship manufacturers.

If you receive a damaged item please call FEDEX at 800-4633339 and file a claim. They will contact us within a day and we will send you a replacement. FEDEX will arrange to pick up your product.

Insurance coverage of up to $100 is included with your order. If you would like excess coverage for a nominal charge include this request in the comments section of your order and we will adjust total of your order.
