RETURN POLICIES
Here's What You Do:
All damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be returned within 7 days after your order was delivered by Fedex/USPS. Please contact us at info@avisaimports.com or (305) 378-6206 to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund. Do not discard any packing in case damaged occur while in until untill we advise you, so claim can be made with shipping/delivery company.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) written on the package.
RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.
Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
Ship your products to us prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery. Return products to the address we provide you with the printable form below. Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.
After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products . . . (1) we will promptly send you a replacement, or (2) we will promptly issue your refund – your choice.

Placing an order on our web site signifies that you agree to the following return conditions and you authorize your credit card company to honor the following conditions:
Products (See exceptions below) may be returned within 7 days of your order ship date by PrePaid freight or postage.

Shipping costs are also nonrefundable.
In order to return any item or if you receive a defective item, you must call us at (305) 378-6206 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
All packages without return authorization numbers marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box will be refused. No credit will be given for items returned after 7 days or not in NEW SALABLE condition with all packing material included. Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn no credit will be given. If you return a Free Shipping Item (An item for which you did not pay shipping) you will be charged for shipping charges and you agree to pay a 25% restocking fee. If you refuse your order, you will be charged shipping, gift wrapping (if used) and a 25% restocking fee. Since we have a $50.00 minimum purchase on the site, if the item/s returned will reduce the order to a total excluding shipping and taxes to less than fifty dollars a ten dollar fee will be added top of topof the re-stoking% restoking fee.
Please note, if merchandise is damaged or worn no credit will be given.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective items, and damaged items. We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item.
